Member and Guest Rules

The speed limit is 20MPH on ALL ROADS- please observe it. PEDESTRIANS, WILDLIFE, and HORSES have the right-of-way.

Timberline Homeowners Association quiet time is 10:00PM to 7:30AM. Excessive noise of any kind is prohibited.

The Association is a Wildlife Sanctuary.

NO hunting or uncased weapons allowed
NO feeding wildlife

No parking along or in the roadway. Vehicles must be parked off road or in approved parking areas. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed at the owners' expense.

Four wheel drive and/or chains are required during winter months. Vehicles not equipped for road conditions may be parked at the Gatehouse parking area.

Guest ATV/UTVs are prohibited. Any vehicle containing them will be denied entry until the ATV/UTV has been removed.

TAI trails are for foot traffic only. Bikes and horses are PROHIBITED.

Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.

Fires are permitted only in designated fireplaces. Other outdoor fires or other fire pits are PROHIBITED.

Swimming is PROHIBITED.

Fishing is permitted in Sand Run Lake, Spruce Island Lake, Trout Pond, and Wood Pond without a WV fishing license. A complete list of fishing regulations is available at the gatehouse.

Only non-motorized boats are permitted on our lakes. Children under the age of 12 are required to wear a flotation device.

Racked boats at the lakes are member owned and are not available for public use.

All pets must be leashed and under owner control.

No littering. All trash is to be placed in the designated dumpsters located at the maintenance area (2813 Timberline Drive).
